Territory Sales Manager

We believe in providing customers with the education on their water quality and solutions to improve their water through our free estimate. This role will be responsible for sales in Lexington and the surrounding area.

YOUR IMPACT

  • BUILD YOUR REPUTATION: Build you own reputation in the community as a water solutions expert and reinforce Clearwater Systems' reputation as a premier company. Your direct effort in developing your network is critical to build your customer base.
  • WALK ALONGSIDE HOMEOWNERS: Good, quality water is essential, but let's be real, it is worrisome when someone will be in your home. As a Territory Sales Manager you'll help homeowners through a full water analysis, provide education and consultation on the why behind the solution, and explain the installation process.
  • MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY: Visit customers' homes through set sales appointments to determine their desired outcomes and offer solutions to alleviate their problems. Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved, ensuring customer's expectations have been remarkable.
  • CUSTOMER INQUIRIES: If customers in your territory contact us directly, we’ll set the appointment for you. You’ll provide the same customer experience and expert solutions for their needs.
  • BE PART OF A TEAM: At Clearwater you are never on an island. There are support departments and subject matter experts for whatever you need. You will become part of that support needed to ensure a seamless experience.

YOUR SKILLS

  • MINDSET: Desire to be exceptional.
  • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills with keen attention to detail. Must be computer/tech savvy. We proudly hire prior military and veterans.
  • REQUIREMENTS: Valid/clean driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Ability to run sales appointments from Monday to Saturday at our customer’s convenience, as well as work additional evenings and/or weekends for community-related activities and events.
